    This video is really helpful. My cat slept in my bed, glued to my face, until she was spayed and stopped being so affectionate — now I have to retrain her to be a lap kitty. One comment though: “diurnal” does not mean active at dawn & dusk — it means active during the day, i.e., the opposite of “nocturnal” (active at night). The word for active at dawn & dusk is “crepuscular.”

    my cat sleeps with me i didnt train her she did that on her own and i found out that when i sleep she purrrs… right next to me and sleep by my side

    the problem i have is keeping the cat OFF my bed. I found out the hard way while i was sleeping and had crushed my cat as i turned over. luckily it was fine but the cat keeps jumping on……
